Coors and Co. orders are shipped and delivered on business days only. (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.)
All orders are shipped standard (unless you specify express shipping) and will be shipped 1-2 days after we receive your order, depending on availability of the items. Delivery is usually 5-7 business days.
Second-day air orders placed after noon (Mountain Time) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Orders received with ship-to addresses that include P.O. Boxes or going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses are not available for express shipping.
Overnight services can be requested only by phone and may require more freight than listed above.

Delivery Information
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. (Shipping is Monday-Friday.)
Orders are not guaranteed to ship on the same day that they are placed. For estimating time of delivery, please view the UPS Shipping Map.
Bill-to and Ship-to Information Your bill-to information is the address that your credit card company has on file and uses to mail you your statements. If the bill-to address does not match the address the credit card company has, we will be unable to process your order. Your ship-to address is the address that you would like your package delivered to. We generally ship UPS, which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please note that we must have the correct shipping information. Please include all apartment, lot, or suite numbers. If UPS cannot deliver your package due to your error or if you submit an unauthorized change of address to UPS, you will be charged a $5.00 service fee, which is what UPS will charge us for those problems.
Changing a Ship-to Address
If your order has not already been shipped, you may contact a representative by phone at 1-800-443-8242 (Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mountain time) or e-mail us at coorsandco@millercoors.com (We respond to e-mails Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mountain time). To change an address of a package going out that same day, we would need to hear from you by 3 p.m. (Mountain time). If your order has already shipped, you can let us know if you need to contact UPS and change the ship-to address, but you will be assessed a $5.00 change-of-address fee.
Canceling or Changing an Order
If your order has not already been shipped, you may contact a representative by phone at 1-800-443-8242 (Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mountain time) or e-mail us at coorsandco@millercoors.com (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mountain time). We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change it, but you will be allowed to return or exchange the item(s) after you have received it. Delivery Problems
In most cases, a delivery failure occurs when UPS tries to deliver your package and leaves the package at its destination without a signature. The time the package may sit unattended makes it more vulnerable to many outside sources, such as theft, weather, etc. To limit these happenings you may want to leave a note for the driver. Example: "Dear UPS, please leave any parcels at the front door (or leave them with building manager/office, etc.). Signed, Your Name." This way, the driver has a clear location to leave the package, and you will know where to find it. You could also have it shipped to a relative or neighbor who will be at home. Please be advised that Coors and Co. is not responsible for time delays due to delivery failures. Coors and Co. is not responsible for delays due to acts of Mother Nature or delays directly due to UPS or the USPS.
If you encounter any problems with your order delivery, please contact us immediately. If your order is returned to us due to our error, we will verify your information and reship your order at our expense. If the issue is due to your error, (e.g., you gave us the wrong address information), we will reship the order but will have to charge you for the new freight costs.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Coors and Co. accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Most items may be shipped to these locations, but some restrictions will apply. Generally, we ship by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping to these locations may cost extra. We will notify you of any amount above the normal shipping charges.
International Orders
We cannot accept international orders online at this time. If you would like to place an order for international delivery, please contact us at 1-800-443-8242. You may also print an order form and fax it to us at 303-277-2649. You may also e-mail your order to us at coorsandco@millercoors.com. We will contact you with the amount of your shipping charges. Shipments outside of the United States are subject to extra shipping and handling charges and fees. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.
