Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! Coorsandco.com accepts orders over the phone.
To order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-800-443-8242. Our customer service hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Mountain time, Monday - Saturday. Before calling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order and any sizes, if applicable. To find the Product Number, simply click the item you wish to order and locate the Style Number below the Brand name (such as W001). Please have your credit card ready and your order form completed. We accept VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®.
Ordering by Mail
Complete the order form, and mail it in an envelope along with your personal check, money order (in U.S. dollars), or credit card information. Please remember to include your daytime phone number and your customer keycode from the back-cover mailing area if you received a catalog. We will only use your phone number if we have a problem with your order. Checks or money orders cannot be accepted without a phone number.
Ordering by Fax
Complete the order form as you would for a mail-in order. Send it to the FAX Order Line (303-277-2649) anytime, day or night. Credit card orders only, please.
Back Orders
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via e-mail and advised of the expected ship date of the back-ordered item. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available, with no additional shipping charges. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, please contact us at 1-800-443-8242, and we will be happy to assist you.
We make every effort to ensure that all merchandise shown on the Coors and Co. Web site is in stock. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, merchandise will sometimes be on back order. We will notify you of this at the time the order is processed, and a customer service representative will call you with a projected ship date.
Returns and Exchanges
We care about your business! We want you to be satisfied shopping with us. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please feel free to return the item within 90 days from date of purchase.
A full refund will be provided only on merchandise that is returned in its original condition with no noticeable wear, otherwise a merchandise credit will be issued. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. In most cases, we will be able to replace the returned item(s) with another color, a new size, or an entirely different style. Any exchanges will be charged half of the normal freight to reship.
Any returns missing items will be credited minus the missing item(s). We will determine the cost of the missing items. Any returns that do not include any original packaging will be credited at half the cost of the item(s). If we receive your authorized return and it is determined that some of the accessories, set, or original packaging are missing you will only receive partial credit. Please send the merchandise back with the original invoice along with an explanation for return. Only the credit account used for the original purchase can be credited for the amount of the merchandise, excluding shipping costs. With a receipt, we will replace it, exchange it, or refund your money. Special orders and drop-shipped items may not be returnable, and/or may be subject to a restocking fee. If you can't find what you are looking for, call us at 1-800-443-8242 and we will try to meet your special request.
How do I return or exchange an item?
For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
For exchanges: On your original invoice, please list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
Please send your package to the appropriate address listed below. Include a copy of your receipt with the reason for your return or instructions for your exchange including any size changes. Items should be returned via a traceable method. Any orders returned without any means of tracking or delivery confirmation are unauthorized. We are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the returned merchandise.
If, for any reason, you wish to return any item, follow the instructions provided in your package. Please ship by UPS® or insured USPS® Parcel Post® or Priority Mail®, for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
If your package was shipped via UPS, call the UPS help line at 1-800-742-5877 (1-800-PICK-UPS). A UPS customer service representative will ask for the tracking number on the front of the shipping label. They will issue a claim number.
You may then notify Coors and Company or UPS will notify Coors and Company of the claim number, at which time we will ship a replacement item to you. You will need to keep the damaged merchandise and packaging for at least ten days for UPS inspection.
If your package was shipped via USPS Priority Mail, you will need to bring the entire package to your local post office and follow their instructions.
Please provide the order number along with your e-mail address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, the packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
