E-Mail Confirmation of Order Shipment
For your convenience, you will receive an e-mail confirmation on the day your order ships from our warehouse. Please be sure that you give us a correct and updated e-mail address.
Changing an Order/Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the order that you would like to cancel. If you need to cancel an item/items, change sizes/quantities, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number and the item numbers with sizes, if applicable, to ensure accuracy.
Please Note: If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel or modify it.
